Approximately 50 sq. meters ( approx. 500 sq. feet).It is made up of:

• Living and dining room with a dining set for 6 people in the dining room and two couches in the livingroom.
• A master bedroom with Full bed.
• A small bedroom or “bureau” separated from the living room by an ample sliding door. That door stays open during the day and, in case of 2nd bedroom being used, it is closed at night.
• A kitchen, separated from the dining room by a wood structure, a part of the original structure of the building, which visibly dates from 1898. The kitchen has been restored.
• A WC, as a separate room.
• A toilette and bath room with a tub.
• An entrance hall

• A first rate building, with a stone façade, constructed in the late 19th Century.
• It has been totally redecorated in 2002. Painted and decorated in minimalist style, using colors in shades of brown, beige and cream.
• It has several closets either for long and short clothes.
• It’s full of light.. It has four windows to the outside. Two overlook the street facing South and two to an internal patio. The type of curtains chosen emphasizes luminosity.
• Impeccably maintained wooden floors from the original – 19th century –
• It has excellent brand new heating system.
• It has all the average equipment of a house in operation, either in terms of furniture, cooking implements, dishes, appliances, etc.
• Particularly it has the necessary appliances for a comfortable life: refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves, two television sets, sound systems, iron, etc.
• The house has telephone allowed to receive calls from any point and to call only local. Long distance calls are preferably made through cards available in Paris at every newstand kiosk. This way is much cheaper than using FranceTelecom services.
